InBody 570 Body Composition Analyzer: The InBody 570 goes beyond traditional body composition analysis. It not only analyzes how much fat and muscle you have, but it also measures your Total Body Water and divides it into Intracellular Water and Extracellular Water, values important for understanding a user’s fluid distribution in medical, wellness, or fitness contexts
Starting an exercise program to improve your fitness and wellbeing doesn’t have to be daunting. If the process is too complicated and difficult, you’re likely to feel overwhelmed and confused about where to begin and how to keep progressing.

Through a series of simple and practical steps, we can set out to create an action plan to help you achieve your goals.

  • If bodyfat and weight loss is your goal, we recommend getting a snapshot of where you are now so we can accurately and objectively chart your progress. Simply stepping onto the InBody 570 and within two mins you will get accurate, usable information that you can put to good use. No more invasive having to take your clothes off. The best part…this is free for members! (valued at $75.00 per assessment)

  •  At Knockout we want you to be strong and pain-free.  Before we can get you there, we should make sure you can move well. Take our complimentary FMS (functional movement screen). Widely recognized as the industry standard to assess your movement, performing this 30-min test, of 7 unique exercises, can be the difference between becoming pain-free or staying in pain.

  • We know that regular exercise and good nutritional practices play an enormous role in achieving your goals. The glue that makes it all sticks is having sensible, smart goals with small action steps that keep you heading in the right direction.  Discussing daily, weekly and monthly goals are what we encourage here in your orientation.

  •  Together, (you and us) we will help you Develop success strategies that encourage a positive mindset toward building consistency with attendance and overcoming potential obstacles outside the studio in your everyday life.
