About Knockout!

Knockout Performance is a hybrid performance studio that uses the best training attributes and exercise modalities from the martial arts and the sport of MMA, to physically and mentally challenge and empower clients.

Knockout! Is not your average boot camp class with boxing and kickboxing moves thrown in. Exercise selection and programming are chosen to train the client as if there were actual fighters preparing for a fight. Many people want to be acquire a “fighter’s physique” or experience the mental toughness required to compete. Others, simply want to lose weight and to be equal for any obstacle that life throws at them. Whichever your goals, we have created the environment and the system to help you achieve them.

We live in a time when fitness and health do not mean the same thing. Although we endorse our Knockout! studio class as a pretty “bad-ass” way to get fitter, we are here to tell you that there is no “single” best training. We believe a balanced person is a healthier one. To that end, at our facility we emphasize movement assessments, restorative techniques and encourage fat and weight loss goals through the support of our community support system and coaching staff. Too many people think exercising more is the key, when in fact they should be exercising smarter! Providing a balanced exercise landscape is what a lot of people need to improve their overall quality of life- “the whole is greater than the sum of its parts!

Our trainers and coaches have backgrounds and experience in martial arts, MMA and fitness coaching and therefore understand that not everyone performs at the same level- the training experience in Knockout! is scalable.
